Lehi For Sale By Owner

Tuesday, December 22nd, 2009

For Sale By Owner ‘ is a method of selling land real estate in the Lehi area. For Sale By Owner is referred to as a ‘FSBO’, verbally pronounced as ‘fizz-bow’. You may hear real estate agents or property owners use this term to describe land real estate properties that are placed on the market by a non-professional real estate marketer.

While there is nothing wrong with selling land real estate on your own, research statistics show that you are more likely to sell for more if you have a Real Estate Broker on your side.

As a professional real estate marketer, I have access to marketing tools and resources that allow me to more effectively sell your Lehi land real estate property.

Among the benefits of using a Real Estate Broker instead of ‘ For Sale By Owner ‘:

Sell for more; research indicates that a Real Estate Broker can typically sell for anywhere from a few thousand to many thousands more.

Sell faster; the marketing tools and resources I have available to me as a Real Estate Broker allow me to market your Lehi land real estate property more aggressively, reaching more qualified buyers in less time.

Sell with fewer problems; FSBO sales are often complicated when both the buyer and/or the seller are unfamiliar with the legal process of selling an Lehi land real estate property. There are many rules and regulations that I, as a Real Estate Broker, am professionally familiar with. Sellers often report that selling an Lehi land real estate property was one of the most stressful experiences in their life. My qualifications can mitigate the complications and turn a stressful experience into a happy one.

So before you list your Lehi land real estate property as for sale by owner, consider getting a Real Estate Broker involved.

My name is Aaron McIntire, and I am a Real Estate Broker. You can learn more about me and selling For Sale By Owner at my official real estate website at http://realtyadvantageinc.com/.

Or you can simply give me a call at 801-407-3053.

I concentrate on FSBO sales in the greater Provo area.

Negotiating Real Estate Sales

Tuesday, December 8th, 2009

Negotiating an Lehi real estate sale can save you hundreds or even thousands of dollars when you purchase Lehi real estate property . And while many Lehi buyers don’t consider saving a hundred or two on an expensive real estate purchase, it’s important to remember that every penny counts.

As a Real Estate Broker, I make a living negotiating real estate purchases, and am on your side when it comes to finding the right price, and making sure we have explored the opportunity to save. Negotiating real estate sales is not something everyone in Lehi does regularly, so it helps to have a Real Estate Broker on your side that knows the territory, and can offer advice, work the numbers, and even make the call.

The issue of negotiating was recently discussed in an article by columnist Lehi Broderick Perkins . Broderick writes a regular blog at Realty Times , and highlighted five negotiating tips he found at Consumer Reports :

1. Gauge the seller’s need. In real estate, this means we need to understand if the seller is under pressure to sell, and therefore may be more willing to lower the price if you Lehi real estate sale can be closed quicker.

2. Go to the top. For real estate sales, going to the top always means working directly with the owner of the Lehi real estate property . Smart owners will engage a real estate agent to manage the process as their representative. In cases like this it is important to know the ins and outs of real estate negotiating, and having a Real Estate Broker on your side will level the playing field, and can give you the advantage.

3. Negotiate from a position of power. In real estate negotiations, a position of power can mean a lot of things. The more options you have on the table, and the less hurried you are, can make big differences in the purchase of your Lehi real estate property . It can be a good idea to negotiate a real estate purchase when the pressure is low. In our local buyer’s market, we have a perfect time to negotiate Lehi real estate sales .

4. Time is money. Consumer Reports talks about ‘looking for sales’, which means you need a Real Estate Broker on your team to help you find the best deals and great values. As a Real Estate Broker, I always have my ‘ear to the tracks’, listening for great deals on Lehi real estate property that I can match up to real estate buyers and real estate sellers.

5. Bring the cash. Finally, Consumer Reports recommends that you ‘pay with cash’. Paying with cash for Lehi real estate property is not always an option, however as a Real Estate Broker I can help you work with local real estate financing sources to establish your pre-qualification for loans. Getting pre-qualified before we begin the negotiations can help in many ways, and will ultimately save you time and money on your Lehi real estate sale .

I’m Aaron McIntire, and as your local Lehi Real Estate Broker, I am here to help you negotiate your next real estate purchase. You can find me at Realty Advantage. Give me a call at 801-407-3053.

Let’s get started.
